Estafany “Stef” Figueroa is the Managing Attorney and Founder of Figueroa Law, LLC, a personal injury firm proudly serving clients across South Carolina, Georgia, and Texas. A first-generation attorney with family roots in Sonora, Mexico, Stef built her practice on the values of integrity, resilience, and compassion.
Her journey began after being stationed at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, an experience that transformed her perspective on discipline, leadership, and accountability. The structure and perseverance she developed there continue to guide her leadership of her firm and her advocacy for her clients today. Following her honorable military retirement, Stef earned her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law, graduating early and gaining valuable experience through internships with a Georgia defense firm and the Military Justice and Administrative Law Division of the U.S. Army at Ft. Stewart.
Stef founded Figueroa Law to create a space where people feel heard, informed, and protected. As a first-generation attorney, she knows firsthand the barriers that can exist between communities and the legal system, and she’s committed to making the law more accessible, approachable, and empowering for everyone she serves. Her heritage instilled in her a deep respect for hard work, family, and perseverance, values that guide her approach to client advocacy and her leadership within the firm. Under her guidance, Figueroa Law has become known for its bilingual team, compassionate representation, and results-driven approach to personal injury law.
Outside of her legal work, Stef continues to challenge herself through Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, and Muay Thai, and finds balance in the same dedication and discipline that have guided her throughout her life and career.
