ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Victor M. García is a first generation, bilingual personal injury attorney passionate about advocating for his clients and community. Born and raised on the Texas/Tamaulipas border, Victor brings a strong understanding of the unique challenges facing multicultural and Spanish-speaking clients. His personal and professional background equips him to communicate clearly and effectively with clients across cultures while delivering results with compassion and confidence.
Victor attended The Lawrenceville School in New Jersey before earning his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin. He went on to graduate from South Texas College of Law Houston.
Victor has worked in the legal field since 2019, gaining experience at law firms, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. He has successfully represented clients in court, argued and won
contested hearings, and secured attorney’s fees in both Texas and South Carolina. He consistently achieves favorable results, even in high-conflict, emotionally charged cases. Victor’s clear, determined approach reflects his commitment to putting clients first through accessible, responsive, and results-driven advocacy.
Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with his two French bulldogs, Bruno and Bella.
